WHAT COUNTRIES DOES ESPION, LLC SHIP TO?

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please contact customer service if you'd like to know if we ship to you.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and Paypal.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed your tracking information and instructions on how to track your order. If you are unable to access this email or did not receive it, please contact customer service who will be able to provide you with this information.

 

 

 

 

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

If you are interested in an item which is currently out of stock on our website in your desired size, we may offer custom services for the garment. Please contact customer service at or inquire about the product of your interest on our "contact" page.

 

HOW CAN I PRE-ORDER ITEMS?

If a product is available for pre-order, it will be listed on the product page along with the estimated delivery month(s). Please be advised that a 50% deposit required for online "pre-orders" only and you will be kept updated in regards to delivery. Balance payment(s) can be made when the product arrives at our showroom and is ready to be shipped. All delivery dates are estimations and you will be notified if they become available sooner or are delayed.

 

HOW CAN I REGISTER TO RECEIVE UPDATES?

By using this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter and change these terms and conditions which will be effective immediately upon publication on this website.

 

 

SHIPPING

UNITED STATES ORDERS

All orders shipped within the US will be sent via UPS. Once your order is placed, it can take up 24-48 hours to be processed. Once processed, it will be shipped the following business day. Delivery can take between 1 - 5 business days depending on your location. Please note that no orders will be processed on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday.

 

ESPION orders require signature upon delivery. If no-one is at attendance at your address at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection. UPS deliveries occur between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

A base delivery charge will be quoted at the time of order placement that could be amended at a later date for additional charges in the foreign country. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient. Once your order is placed, it can take up to 24-48 hours to be processed. Delivery will take place within 1 - 10 business days of your order being dispatched.

 

 

All delivery time frames are estimations and we cannot be held accountable for any delays if your parcel is subject to import and/or custom clearance procedures. We cannot influence the release of an item once it is in customs due to their own independent processes and procedures. 

 

Taxes and Duties

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

 

TRACKING

Once your order has been despatched, you will be notified via email with your tracking number and information on how to track your order. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your tracking information to become available.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our returns and exchanges policy is only applicable to products purchased from the online store. Please refer to our return guidelines below:

 

  • All items must be returned in an unwashed, unused, unworn and unaltered condition with all swing tags still attached.

  • We will happily accept returns and exchanges on goods returned to ESPION within 7 business days of receipt.  

  • You must advise ESPION customer service within 7 days of receipt prior to returning your item.

 

If you wish to return an item purchased from our online store, please contact customer service for instructions on how to return your item.

 

You are responsible for safely packaging your return so it is received undamaged during transit. 

 

Items will be checked and approved for a return or exchange once received. ESPION reserves the right to deny approval of customers returns if they do not meet our returns policy requirements.

 

We offer full refunds for all full priced items, purchased online only.

 

 

 

If you receive a product which you believe is faulty, please contact customer service immediately. 

 

Credit notes are strictly valid for a six month period. All unused credit after this period will be forfeited.

All exchanges are subject to product availability however we will endeavor to replace any unsuitable items to the best of our ability. 

 

We do not offer refund or store credit for SALE items, however we will happily exchange items which meet our online returns policy requirements IF the product is available at time of exchange.

 

Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

 

 

All ESPION garments have specific and particular care instructions. These instructions can be found on the care label inside the garment. PRIVACY

ESPION is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us.

 

This Privacy Statement assures that your personal information is kept strictly confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this information. By using this website, you are agreeing to these privacy terms.

 

 

 

To register or purchase ESPION online, we will require your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. We will never share or sell this information.

 

Please note that we may use your contact details to inform you of the latest arrivals and sale events. If you would prefer not to receive these updates, please email inquire@espionatelier.com.

SECURITY

When purchasing from ESPION ATELIER your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.
