By using this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter and change these terms and conditions which will be effective immediately upon publication on this website.
WHAT COUNTRIES DOES ESPION SHIP TO?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please contact us via email at email@example.com if you'd like to know if we ship to you.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and Paypal.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed your tracking information and instructions on how to track your order. If you are unable to access your email or did not receive it, please contact us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org who will be able to provide you with this information.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
If you are interested in an item which is currently out of stock on our website in your desired size, we may offer custom services for the garment. Please contact us to inquire about the product of your interest on our "contact" page.
HOW CAN I PRE-ORDER ITEMS?
If a product is available for pre-order, it will be listed on the product page along with the estimated delivery month(s). Please be advised that a 50% deposit is required for online "pre-orders" only and you will be kept updated in regards to delivery. Balance payment(s) can be made when the product arrives at our showroom and is ready to be shipped. All delivery dates are estimations and you will be notified if they become available sooner or are delayed.
Merchandise will ship during the dates listed on the product description, at time of purchase. Shipping typically takes 4-6 business days via UPS or FedEx, barring any unexpected delays from the courier services. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We ship directly to the address provided by the customer, and accept no liability for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee. Pre-order items cannot be returned.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the original order’s arrival. Merchandise must be in unused condition with all labels attached to the product. All sale items are final. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The return tracking number is required in order to process refunds and exchanges. Please note that shipping costs on initial an purchase are non-refundable.
At this time, we are unable to process direct exchanges. However, If you would like to exchange an item, please purchase the correct product you are interested in, and separately processing the return of the item you would like to return to ESPION. If you would like to cancel your order after it is placed, you will follow the return process below if you decide that you no longer want your purchase. After an order is placed, you will be receive a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with your delivery tracking number. Order processing time before shipping is 3-6 business days.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED. Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed on the TERMS & CONDITIONS, at time of purchase. We currently offer flat rate shipping to select countries with our shipping partner. Our shipping rates cover duties and taxes. Shipping takes 10-14 business days via DHL (not including any customs and duties delays). Order processing time before shipping is 3-6 business days. We are unable to ship to PO boxes/ local post office boxes - DHL is unable to deliver to them. Pre-orders will ship during the dates listed on the TERMS & CONDITIONS, at time of purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept exchanges.
